“Daily Qigong Practice to Improve & Enhance Qi Flow”

By Frank Hanley February 2018

Diagnosed with Facioscapulohumeral (FSHD) Muscular Dystrophy, Frank Hanley will discuss his daily Qigong practice routine to help combat the disease.    The talk will include a discussion of the set of simple Qigong exercises used for daily practice and the physical challenges FSHD presents. Frank will share the modifications to Qigong exercises and Kung Fu practice that he used to meet his physical challenges.  By sharing these routines, and the thought process behind the modifications, others may be able to take advantage and use Qigong to help face and overcome their life challenges.
